Oklahoma High School Football Rankings: Class 6A-II Week Four

  1. Bixby (3-0, Last week No. 1).

    • The Spartans won their 15th-straight game with a 72-0 shutout of Putnam City (0-3), their biggest win in at least fifteen years. Mason Williams was 6-7-229 with 5 TDs. Oklahoma State commit Brennan Presley was 3-155 receiving for 3 TDs and fellow OSU-commit Jordan Reagan had a pick six.

    • Bixby will kick off district action Friday at 7:00 p.m. in their home opener against undefeated Sapulpa (3-0). Last year they shut out the Chieftains 45-0.

  2. Stillwater (3-0, Last week No. 2).

    • The Pioneers picked up their biggest win in at least fifteen years with a 66-0 shutout of Southmoore (0-3), scoring 42 points in the first quarter. Gunnar Gundy was 15-19-230 with four touchdowns, all in the first half. Anthony Bland was 8-118 as the leading receiver. Not only did Stillwater pitch a shutout, they also came up with a pair of interceptions and a pair of blocked punts.

    • Stillwater will kick off district action Friday at home against Deer Creek (2-1). They bested the Antlers 49-28 last season.

  3. Lawton (3-0, Last week No. 3).

    • The Wolverines beat their cross-town rivals from Eisenhower 29-7 and did it in less than three quarters after a mid-game weather cancellation. Christian Houston was 13-160 rushing for all 3 offensive TDs. Caeleb Fuller made the fourth score on a pick six.

    • Lawton will host last year’s District Runners-Up Thursday at 7:00 p.m. They fell 56-45 to Midwest City (0-3) last season.

  4. Del City (2-1, Last week No. 5).

    • The Eagles doubled Bartlesville 49-24 behind a 10-20-202, 4TD passing performance from Quinlan Ganther and 4-143, 3TD receiving game from Kyshon Murray. Ray Maytubby had a 100-yard pick six.

    • The Eagles will travel to Choctaw (2-1) Friday at 7:00 p.m. They narrowly edged the Yellowjackets 22-20 last season.

  5. Booker T. Washington (1-2, Last week No. 4).

    • The Hornets are coming off a bye after falling 17-6 to Bentonville two weeks ago. They will travel to Bartlesville (0-3) Friday at 7:00 p.m. Last year the Hornets beat the Bruins 43-6.

  6. Muskogee (3-0, Last week No. 6).

    • The Roughers dominated Putnam West 62-15 and could have made it 69-15. Isaiah Givens took a knee after a fourth-quarter interception instead of trying to score. He previously scored two rushing TDs. Jimmie Coleman was 12-160 running. Ty Williams was 12-13-198-0 passing with 5TDs. Four Roughers made picks.

    • Muskogee will travel to Ponca City (2-1) Friday at 7:00 p.m. They beat the Wildcats 16-7 last year.

  7. Sapulpa (3-0, Last week No. 7).

    • The Chieftains made a statement win 48-17 against East Central in their home opener but they’ll have a far tougher opponent Friday at 7:00 p.m. on the road in Bixby (3-0). Bixby won 45-0 last year.

  8. Choctaw (2-1), Last week No. 8).

    • Choctaw suffered its first loss 30-13 to a potent Putnam North offense. They will host Del City (2-1) Friday at 7:00 p.m. Last year the Eagles won 22-20 over the Yellowjackets.

  9. Midwest City (0-3, Last week No. 9).

    • The Bombers are coming off a bye week following a 19-12 loss to Muskogee (3-0). They will travel to Lawton (3-0), who they beat 56-45 last year, Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

  10. Edmond Deer Creek (2-1), Last week No. 10).

    • The Antlers edged out their crosstown rivals from Edmond Memorial 14-10 on the Bulldogs’ Homecoming. Parker Johnson and Tyler Travis scored on short runs.

    • The Antlers will travel to Stillwater (3-0) Friday at 7:00 p.m. They fell 49-28 last year.

  11. Sand Springs (1-2, Last week No. 11).

    • Sand Springs was dominated 50-20 by the back-to-back Arkansas 6A State Champs from Greenwood (3-0). Ty Pennington was 16-33-143-0 with one touchdown, and Blake Jones was 20-127 rushing with a score.

    • The Sandites will host Shawnee (1-2) Friday at 7:00 p.m. for Homecoming. They fell 23-20 in overtime last year.

  12. Ponca City (2-1, Last week No. 12).

    • The Wildcats were defeated 21-7 by Collinsville. Justin Andrews was 4-11-85-1 passing and 17-66 rushing. Ray Longoria was 6-24 running for the lone TD.

    • Ponca will host Muskogee (3-0) Friday at 7:00 p.m. They fell 17-6 to the Roughers last year.

  13. Shawnee (1-2, Last week No. 13).

    • Shawnee fell 40-13 to the defending 5A State Champions from Carl Albert and was held to a 23-41 ground game. Jaylon Orange threw a TD pass to Joe Maytubby, then caught one from Karsen Conaway.

    • The Wolves will travel to Sand Springs (1-2) Friday at 7:00 p.m. as they look for a repeat of last year’s 22-20 OT victory.

  14. Bartlesville (0-3, Last week No. 14).

    • The Bruins are still looking for their first win after falling 49-24 to Del City. Shane Simpson scored on a 90-yard kick return and was 6-147 receiving for another TD. Laken Clowdus ran for 104 yards. Ben Winters passed for 144 yards with a TD and an interception.

    • Bartlesville will host Booker T. Washington (1-2) Friday at 7:00 p.m. They fell 43-6 to the Hornets last year.

  15. Putnam City West (0-3, Last week No. 15).

    • The Patriots lost their ninth-straight game 62-15 to Muskogee. Jakob Brandenberger was 9-23-141-4 with 2TDs and Jaheim Butler was 4-25 on the ground. Emadre Hightower was the leading receiver with 3 catches for 99 yards and a score.

    • Putnam West will host Putnam City (0-3) Friday at 7:00 p.m. They defeated the Pirates 23-0 last year.

  16. Putnam City (0-3, Last week No. 16).

    • The Pirates lost their fourth-straight game 72-0 to Bixby and still haven’t scored this season. They will play cross-town rivals Putnam West (0-3) Friday at 7:00 p.m.
