11th Annual Ancient Trail Trek
February 15, 2025
Explore one of Oklahoma’s finest nature preserves, filled with 300-year-old post oaks and 500-year-old cedars, along a trail once blazed by pioneer author Washington Irving. Scenic views, undisturbed forestry, beautiful birdsong, waterfalls, and more await anyone who dares to conquer this feat of strength.

34th Annual Sand Springs Education Foundation Hall of Fame Banquet

The Sand Springs Education Foundation provides thousands of dollars of grants and scholarships to Sand Springs teachers and students every year. This banquet and silent auction recognizes successful Sandite alums while serving as a fundraiser for their charitable endeavors.
16th Annual Euro Motor Extravaganza
June 2025
This isn’t your typical Oklahoma car show. The Jaguar Club of Tulsa hosts this European-only event that includes BMWs, Aston Martins, Jaguars, Alfa Romeo, and many other unique vehicles not typically seen in the Midwest.
35th Annual Kids Free Fishing Derby

This longstanding Sand Springs tradition is held at the Sand Springs Lake and is co-hosted by Church That Matters and the Sand Springs Parks Department. The lake is stocked with fresh fish and kids get free fishing gear just for participating.

18th Annual Sertoma Murder Mystery Dinner

Great Raft Race

Launching from Sand Springs’ own Case Community Park and finishing at The Gathering Place, Tulsa’s Great Raft Race is back and better than ever this Labor Day. Hosted by the Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce, this all-ages community event is free for the whole family! Load up on candy, school supplies, and good memories.
16th Annual 2 Angels Toy Run
November 2025
This event celebrates the lives of Cassidy Rotramel and Hannah Christian, two teenage girls who were tragically killed in a 2010 auto collision. The toy run launches from TCC West Campus and concludes at Charles Page High School. The event collects toys for children, and raises money for college scholarships for CPHS students.
