CPHS Softball: Felicity Horn signs with Grayson College
/Charles Page High School senior Felicity Horn signed a letter of intent Wednesday morning to play softball for Grayson College.
Horn was an All-District Honorable Mention and Academic All-State selection as a freshman, All-District as a sophomore, and All District and Academic All-State as a junior. She was named to the All-District and All-Region teams this year, and picked up District Defensive Player of the Year for helping the Sandites to a 23-13 record and fifth-straight Regional Championship title. She is also an All-State Alternate.
In her senior year Horn was .375 batting and .538 slugging for a .451 on-base percentage. In her career she amassed 103 runs, 114 hits, 80 singles, 25 doubles, 8 triples, 1 home run, 69 RBI, 19 sacrifices, 18 steals, and 4 double plays.
Grayson is a two-year public community college in Denison, Texas. The Vikings compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference. Grayson went 23-24 last year under Michael McBrayer.
