CPHS Softball: Jordyn Pearson signs with Missouri Baptist University

Charles Page High School senior Jordyn Pearson signed a letter of intent Wednesday morning to play softball at Missouri Baptist University.

Pearson was .500 batting and slugging in her senior year, with 1 run, 2 hits, and 2 RBI on 4 at-bats, helping her team to their fifth-straight Regional Championship title.

MBU is a private Southern Baptist school in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The Spartans compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and American Midwest Conference. They went 21-22 last season and 31-22 in 2018. They have posted back-to-back 13-11 conference records. Kenneth Messer-Brooks is in his third season as head coach.
