Obituary: Michael A. Mckinney
/Mckinney, Michael A. Passed in peace surrounded by his family on February 16, 2024. Mike was a long time resident of Sand Springs, OK.
Mike was born in Seminole, OK to Alexander and Florine McKinney. He grew up in Maud, OK. Mike loved motorcycles and going to any swap meet! Mike worked for a family-owned company until it closed. After retirement he did a lot of riding and spending time with family and spending time with his kids and grandchildren.
Mike was one of seven children: 5 girls and 2 boys. Mike is survived by his brother Christopher McKinney and his sisters Emma (Ebby) and Patricia (Sug).
He will be laid to rest in Maud in a private service on Saturday, March 9th. After, at 5:00 PM, we will have a meal and visit and celebrate Mike's life at Brush Creek Campground. Location: North side of Keystone Dam.
